Differential expression of TKS4 isoforms and their role in cellular processes in breast cancer

open access: yesJournal of Cell Communication and Signaling, Volume 20, Issue 3, September 2026.
TKS4 isoforms are differentially expressed across human cell lines. TKS4L interacts with six novel SRC homology 3‐containing proteins, whereas no interactions were detected for TKS4b. SRC‐mediated phosphorylation promotes interactions of TKS4 with SH2 domains.
