A case of monostotic fibrous dysplasia which had onset at the age of three and had repeated treatments and relapses was reported.A girl was struck on her leg at the age of three and X-ray examination revealed bony lesion of the right tibia. She was diagnosed osteitis fibrosa and treated by curettage and bone graft.
