Recurrent facial fibrous histiocytoma
British Journal of Plastic Surgery, 1979A case of fibrous histiocytoma required 4 surgical excisions over an 11-year period. The technique of frequent observation and early excision of recurrences is probably the best approach to established histiocytomas. Complete primary excision seems to offer the best chance of definitive cure.
