PÓLYA FIELDS THAT ARE SPLITTING FIELDS OF S3-FIELDS
JP Journal of Algebra, Number Theory and Applications, 2019Summary: A number field is called a Pólya field if the module of integer-valued polynomials over its ring of integers has a regular basis. A cubic field is a \(S_3\)-field if the Galois group of its splitting field is isomorphic to the symmetric group \(S_3\). In this paper, we characterize Pólya fields that are splitting fields of \(S_3\)-fields.

Random Field, Interval Field, Fuzzy Field and Mixed Field
2022Material properties are assumed to be random parameters, interval parameters and fuzzy parameters. If the variation range is large, they are not assumed to be constants. Two improved methods of the random field are developed. The midpoint method, local average method, interpolation method and improved interpolation method of interval field are ...

On the hyperfield or field-of-field concept
International Journal of Geographical Information Science, 2013This article introduces the concept of hyperfield as a recursive field-of-field structure using a Unified Modelling Language UML modelling approach in two different variants, the hyperfield instance and hyperfield template models. The recursive property defines a hyperfield of degree n as a representation of a relation between n locations in ...

Proceedings of the 6th international conference on Human-robot interaction, 2011
Since most robots are not easily displayable in real-life scenarios, only a few studies investigate users' behavior towards humanoids or androids in a natural environment. We present an observational field study and data on unscripted interactions between humans and the android robot "Geminoid HI-1".
