Random Field, Interval Field, Fuzzy Field and Mixed Field

2022
Material properties are assumed to be random parameters, interval parameters and fuzzy parameters. If the variation range is large, they are not assumed to be constants. Two improved methods of the random field are developed. The midpoint method, local average method, interpolation method and improved interpolation method of interval field are ...

PÓLYA FIELDS THAT ARE SPLITTING FIELDS OF S3-FIELDS

JP Journal of Algebra, Number Theory and Applications, 2019
Summary: A number field is called a Pólya field if the module of integer-valued polynomials over its ring of integers has a regular basis. A cubic field is a \(S_3\)-field if the Galois group of its splitting field is isomorphic to the symmetric group \(S_3\). In this paper, we characterize Pólya fields that are splitting fields of \(S_3\)-fields.

Field—Field Interactions

2002
In this chapter we begin to apply the stochastic limit to purely field theoretical Hamiltonians, i.e. fields interacting with other fields without any discrete system. The basic object to study in quantum field theory is the S-matrix introduced by Heisenberg.

Tractable Fields

Canadian Journal of Mathematics, 1999
AbstractA field F is said to be tractable when a condition described below on the simultaneous representation of quaternion algebras holds over F. It is shown that a global field F is tractable iff F has at most one dyadic place. Several other examples of tractable and nontractable fields are given.

Fermion Fields, Boson Fields, and Gravitational Field

Annalen der Physik, 1976
AbstractIf a tetrad theory is derivable from a variational principle with a Lagrangian 𝔏 of the form 𝔏 = 𝔏F+𝔏M 6 tetrad components will be defined by the vacuum equations if the energy momentum tensor is symmetric. Therefore, we look for a realisation of a programme proposed in a little different way by TREDER according to which the 16 tetrad field ...

Field emission, field ionization, and field desorption

Surface Science, 1994
Abstract A brief description of the essential features of the theory of field emission, field ionization, field desorption, and the field emission and field ion microscopes is presented. The principal applications of field emission including work function and surface diffusion measurements, and a brief sketch of the theory of diffusion are also given.

Visual Fields: Field Interpretation

2009
The individual (or single field) printout (Fig. 17.1) contains a wealth of information to help clinicians decide whether the visual field is abnormal and specifically the likelihood of it being a glaucomatous visual field. The printout can be divided into four convenient parts to aid interpretation (Fig. 17.1).
