HNRNPU K181 Lactylation Drives Cervical Cancer Growth by Upregulating PHGDH and Reprogramming Serine Metabolism

Lactate in cervical cancer induces HNRNPU K181 lactylation, opposed by NAA50‐mediated acetylation and suppressed by Pazopanib. This lactylation enhances HNRNPU binding to PHGDH pre‐mRNA exon 1, maintaining exon 1‐containing transcripts and mRNA stability, thereby activating serine metabolism.

Transcription Factor Promiscuity Drives Regulatory Rewiring and Evolvability in Gene Networks in Bacteria

Natural Variation of NAR5 Determines Nitrogenase Activity and the Yield in Soybean

A figure of merit for assertions in verification

Assertion quality is critical to the confidence and claims in a design's verification. In current practice, there is no metric to evaluate assertions. We introduce a methodology to rank register transfer level (RTL) assertions. We define assertion importance and assertion complexity and present efficient algorithms to compute them.
