A unified research data management framework for heterogeneous materials data is presented. The system integrates multimodal datasets using ontologies and knowledge graphs, enabling interoperability and FAIR (findable, accessible, interoperable, reusable) data principles. By linking data across scales and workflows, it supports reproducible, Artifitial

Enhanced Thermoelectric Performance of ZnO-Based Thin Films via Interface Engineering
Zinc oxide (ZnO) is a potential thermoelectric material with good chemical and thermal stability as well as an excellent Seebeck coefficient. However, the extremely low carrier concentration brings poor electrical transport properties.

Creating Ti–Fe α/β Alloys by Diffusion‐Driven Solid‐State Processing
This study proposes making alloys containing fast diffusing elements that are difficult to produce by ingot metallurgy, by diffusion‐driven solid‐state HIP processing of elemental powders and low‐temperature homogenisation. Here, novel Fe‐Ti α–β alloys are formed having fine α–β lamellae, a small β prior grain size without significant intermetallics ...

Mg–Zn composites with a thickness of 0.21 mm were fabricated using roll bonding of a kirigami‐patterned Mg alloy inlay within a Zn matrix. Thermal activation following this process led to the formation of tailored intermetallic structures, which provided the composite with enhanced flexural strength.

Strain rebound and inhomogeneity in glass-to-metal seals: Radial vs axial strain evolution
Glass, as a widely used amorphous material, often undergoes pre-stressing during processing to enhance its stability, with glass-to-metal (GTM) seal being a prominent example. Despite extensive studies on residual stress/strain in sealing glass, critical

A simplified thermoplastic pultrusion model is developed to predict thermal fields in glass fiber/polyethylene terephthalate (GF/PET) composites with reduced computational cost. By combining effective material homogenization, validation against literature data, and Gaussian‐process‐based optimization, the study reveals how heating limits, pulling speed,

Synthesis of low-cost porous ceramic microspheres from waste gangue for dye adsorption
Low-cost porous ceramic microspheres from waste gangue were prepared by simple spray drying and subsequent calcination. Effects of calcination temperature on phase and microstructure evolution, specific surface area, pore structure, and dye adsorption ...

Time‐Dependent Oxidation and Scale Evolution of a Wrought Co/Ni‐Based Superalloy
This study shows how a new wrought Co/Ni‐based superalloy resists oxidation at 800 ∘$^\circ$C. The oxide scale changes from rough, fast‐growing spinel to a dense, protective chromia–alumina layer. Atom probe analysis reveals tiny refractory‐rich bubbles at the interface that mark the transition to long‐term, diffusion‐controlled protection ...

Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS) Study of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 for Li-ion Batteries
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) is employed to investigate the electrochemical properties of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 cathode. The Nyquist plots at initial state, 40%SOC, 80%SOC and 100%SOC at first cycle, second cycle and 10th cycle ...
