Successful Management of Presumed Reactivation of Neospora caninum Following Immunosuppression for Immune Thrombocytopenia in an Adult Doberman

Radiomic Analysis and Liquid Biopsy in Preoperative CT of NSCLC: An Explorative Experience

open access: yesThoracic Cancer, Volume 16, Issue 13, July 2025.
Radiomic features extracted from CT images were combined with ctDNA mutational data from liquid biopsy in NSCLC patients. Machine learning showed moderate accuracy (~0.60) for predicting single‐gene mutations, but lower performance (~0.30) for gene‐pair classifications. Texture‐based features were most informative.
