Algebras of finitary relations

open access: yesProceedings of the V International conference Information Technology and Nanotechnology 2019, 2019
Algebras of finitary relations naturally generalize the algebra of binary relations with the left composition. In this paper, we consider some properties of such algebras. It is well known that we can study the hypergraphs as finitary relations.

Local automorphisms of finitary incidence algebras [PDF]

open access: yesLinear Algebra and its Applications, 2018
Let $R$ be a commutative, indecomposable ring with identity and $(P,\le)$ a partially ordered set. Let $FI(P)$ denote the finitary incidence algebra of $(P,\le)$ over $R$. We will show that, in most cases, local automorphisms of $FI(P)$ are actually $R$-algebra automorphisms.

Sifted Colimits, Strongly Finitary Monads and Continuous Algebras

open access: yes, 2023
We characterize strongly finitary monads on categories $\mathsf{Pos}$, $\mathsf{CPO}$ and $\mathsf{DCPO}$ as precisely those preserving sifted colimits. Or, equivalently, enriched finitary monads preserving reflexive coinserters. We study sifted colimits

Higher-dimensional automorphic lie algebras [PDF]

open access: yes, 2016
The paper presents the complete classification of Automorphic Lie Algebras based on sln(C)sln(C) , where the symmetry group G is finite and acts on sln(C)sln(C) by inner automorphisms, sln(C)sln(C) has no trivial summands, and where the poles are in ...

Classification of limits of upper triangular matrix algebras. [PDF]

open access: yes, 1993
Let Tn be the operator algebra of upper triangular n × n complex matrices. Three families of limit algebras of the form lim (Tnk) are classified up to isometric algebra isomorphism: (i) the limit algebras arising when the embeddings Tnk→Tnk+1, are ...

Finitary spectral algebraic theories

open access: yesJournal of Pure and Applied Algebra, 1988
In an earlier paper [J. Pure Appl. Algebra 32, 315-326 (1984; Zbl 0532.18002)] the author introduced the notions of a spectral algebraic theory and a partially monadic functor. In the present paper finitary spectral algebraic theories are discussed and corresponding categories of algebras are described.
