All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Further results on finite time and practical stability of linear continuous time delay systems [PDF]

open access: yesFME Transactions, 2013
In this paper, finite-time stability and practical stability problems for a class of linear continuous time-delay systems are studied. Based on the Lyapunov-like functions, that do not have to be positive definite in the whole state space and not need to

Finite‐time stability of linear fractional‐order time‐delay systems

open access: yesInternational Journal of Robust and Nonlinear Control, 2018
In this paper, a finite‐time stability results of linear delay fractional‐order systems is investigated based on the generalized Gronwall inequality and the Caputo fractional derivative.

Light‐Controlled Reversible Coassembly of Hybrid Functional Nanostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Light‐responsive hybrid nanostructures are formed by coassembling azobenzene‐ and PAH‐functionalized nanoparticles through reversible an tunable π interactions. The system enables tunable coupling between distinct components such as gold and magnetite or carbon nanotubes, producing switchable optical and magnetic properties under light and magnetic ...

Micropatterned Biphasic Printed Electrodes for High‐Fidelity on‐Skin Bioelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Micropatterned biphasic printed electrodes achieve unprecedented skin conformity and low impedance by combining liquid‐metal droplets with microstructured 3D lattices. This scalable approach enables high‐fidelity detection of ECG, EMG, and EEG signals, including alpha rhythms from the forehead, with long‐term comfort and stability.

Finite-Time Stability of Neutral Fractional Time-Delay Systems via Generalized Gronwalls Inequality

open access: yesAbstract and Applied Analysis, 2014
This paper studies the finite-time stability of neutral fractional time-delay systems. With the generalized Gronwall inequality, sufficient conditions of the finite-time stability are obtained for the particular class of neutral fractional time-delay ...

Printed Integrated Logic Circuits Based on Chitosan‐Gated Organic Transistors for Future Edible Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Edible electronics needs integrated logic circuits for computation and control. This work presents a potentially edible printed chitosan‐gated transistor with a design optimized for integration in circuits. Its implementation in integrated logic gates and circuits operating at low voltage (0.7 V) is demonstrated, as well as the compatibility with an ...
