Finite-/fixed-time synchronization of delayed Clifford-valued recurrent neural networks
This paper investigates the problem of finite-/fixed-time synchronization for Clifford-valued recurrent neural networks with time-varying delays. The considered Clifford-valued drive and response system models are firstly decomposed into real-valued ...

In this paper, we consider the finite-time synchronization for drive-response BAM neural networks with time-varying delays. Instead of using the finite-time stability theorem and integral inequality method, by using the maximum-value method, two new ...

Synchronization on small-world networks
We investigate collective synchronization in a system of coupled oscillators on small-world networks. The order parameters which measure synchronization of phases and frequencies are introduced and analyzed by means of dynamic simulations and finite-size

This study develops a self‐powered permeable electronic dressing (SPED) that synergistically integrates exudate management, electrical stimulation, and on‐demand drug delivery. The dressing effectively absorbs exudate while demonstrating potent antibacterial activity and accelerated tissue regeneration in diabetic mouse models, thereby promoting ...

Adaptive Hydrogels With Spatiotemporal Stiffening Using pH‐Modulating Enzymes
The chemomechanical coupling in an adaptive hydrogel is studied to further the development of adaptive hydrogels. This coupling is achieved by embedding a pH‐modulating enzyme in a pH‐responsive hydrogel. The enzymatic reaction can be triggered locally, which generates a pH‐decreasing wave throughout the system, increasing the crosslinking density and ...

Asymptotic synchronization requires continuous external control of the system, which is unrealistic considering the cost of control. Adaptive control methods have strong robustness to uncertainties such as disturbances and unknowns.

Shape‐Changing Multiphase Microparticles from Complex Liquid Crystal Emulsions
Liquid crystalline network (LCN) microparticles are prepared from single, double (Janus), and triple emulsions through a simple and scalable bulk‐emulsification strategy. Under heating, the particles exhibit robust, reversible, large‐amplitude deformations that depend both on the morphology and the liquid crystals director field configuration.

Exact Synchronization for Finite-State Sources
We analyze how an observer synchronizes to the internal state of a finite-state information source, using the epsilon-machine causal representation. Here, we treat the case of exact synchronization, when it is possible for the observer to synchronize ...
