On control laws for discrete linear repetitive processes with dynamic boundary conditions [PDF]
Repetitive processes are characterized by a series of sweeps, termed passes, through a set of dynamics defined over a finite duration known as the pass length.

A Formation Collision Avoidance System for Unmanned Surface Vehicles With Leader-Follower Structure
This paper deals with the problem of formation collision avoidance for unmanned surface vehicles (USVs). Compared with the generalship formation, the formation collision avoidance system (FCAS) needs better responsiveness and stability because of faster ...

An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Time‐optimal finite control set model predictive control of non‐isolated DC–DC converters
The authors propose a time‐optimal finite control‐set model predictive control (FCS‐MPC) formulation, generalised to the three most common non‐isolated DC–DC converters (buck, boost, buck–boost) tracking a constant switching frequency.

A finite control set model predictive control based hybrid PWM technique
Hybrid Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) techniques select the appropriate PWM sequence that induces either less current distortion or less switching losses or both. The sequence selection is usually based on an off-line sector partitioning. This simple solution freezes unfortunately the design and prevents any on-line evolution.

Light‐Controlled Reversible Coassembly of Hybrid Functional Nanostructures
Light‐responsive hybrid nanostructures are formed by coassembling azobenzene‐ and PAH‐functionalized nanoparticles through reversible an tunable π interactions. The system enables tunable coupling between distinct components such as gold and magnetite or carbon nanotubes, producing switchable optical and magnetic properties under light and magnetic ...

Micropatterned Biphasic Printed Electrodes for High‐Fidelity on‐Skin Bioelectronics
Micropatterned biphasic printed electrodes achieve unprecedented skin conformity and low impedance by combining liquid‐metal droplets with microstructured 3D lattices. This scalable approach enables high‐fidelity detection of ECG, EMG, and EEG signals, including alpha rhythms from the forehead, with long‐term comfort and stability.
