Quasi-finite Element Modelling
2020In this chapter, the quasi-finite element approach for modelling of electromagnetic levitation micro-systems is developed [1]. The developed approach allows calculating accurately and efficiently a distribution of induced eddy current within a levitated micro-object by means of using finite elements.

Finite Element Modelling Studies
2015Computer aided mechanical analysis is a common application for engineering problems. Conducting such analysis to newly developed systems can reduce the number of design variations without testing. Finite element modeling (FEM) gives the advantage of disabling the over usage of cadavers, synthetic materials, test equipment and so on.

Finite Element Model Construction
2013This chapter explains the methodology to simulate total hip arthroplasty. Three-dimensional (3D) model of a femur was created from the Visible Human Project computed tomography dataset. Four different models of cementless hip stem were constructed from various file formats.
