All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Light‐Controlled Reversible Coassembly of Hybrid Functional Nanostructures

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Light‐responsive hybrid nanostructures are formed by coassembling azobenzene‐ and PAH‐functionalized nanoparticles through reversible an tunable π interactions. The system enables tunable coupling between distinct components such as gold and magnetite or carbon nanotubes, producing switchable optical and magnetic properties under light and magnetic ...

Inner product functional encryption based on the UOV scheme

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Cryptology
We analyze the efficiency and security of the inner product functional encryption (IPFE) protocol introduced in 2021 by Debnath, Mesnager, Dey, and Kundu, specifically when instantiated with UOV.

Polynomial expressions of p-ary auction functions

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Cryptology, 2019
One of the common ways to design secure multi-party computation is twofold: to realize secure fundamental operations and to decompose a target function to be securely computed into them.

Micropatterned Biphasic Printed Electrodes for High‐Fidelity on‐Skin Bioelectronics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Micropatterned biphasic printed electrodes achieve unprecedented skin conformity and low impedance by combining liquid‐metal droplets with microstructured 3D lattices. This scalable approach enables high‐fidelity detection of ECG, EMG, and EEG signals, including alpha rhythms from the forehead, with long‐term comfort and stability.

A new method of choosing primitive elements for Brezing–Weng families of pairing-friendly elliptic curves

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Cryptology, 2015
In this paper we present a new method of choosing primitive elements for Brezing–Weng families of pairing-friendly elliptic curves with small rho-values, and we improve on previously known best rho-values of families [J.

Visibly irreducible polynomials over finite fields

open access: yes, 2018
H. Lenstra has pointed out that a cubic polynomial of the form (x-a)(x-b)(x-c) + r(x-d)(x-e), where {a,b,c,d,e} is some permutation of {0,1,2,3,4}, is irreducible modulo 5 because every possible linear factor divides one summand but not the other.
