MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

Factoring finite abelian groups

open access: yesJournal of Algebra, 2004
Let \(S+T\) denote the Minkowski sum of the sets \(S\) and \(T\). Let \(G\) be a finite cyclic group with a factorization \(G=S_1\oplus S_2\oplus\cdots\oplus S_k\), where \(|S_i|\) is a prime or a product of two primes for all \(i\). The author shows that there is \(i\) such that \(S_i\) is periodic.

Electrically Tunable On‐Chip Topological Photonics with Integrated Carbon Nanotubes

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work demonstrates electrically tunable on‐chip topological THz devices by integrating 2D carbon nanotube (CNT) sheets with valley‐Hall photonic crystals, enabling broadband transmission modulation (71% modulation depth) and tunable narrowband filtering (0.54 GHz shift) through electrically induced thermal tuning. This advancement paves the way for

Finitely generated fuchsian groups.

open access: yesJournal für die reine und angewandte Mathematik (Crelles Journal), 1987
In this paper the author considers normal subgroups \(\Gamma_ 1\) of a finitely generated Fuchsian group \(\Gamma\). Let \(\delta(\Gamma)\) be the exponent of convergence of \(\Gamma\) and suppose that \(\delta(\Gamma)\geq\). Then the author gives precise conditions under which \(\Gamma_ 1\) is of \(\delta(\Gamma)\)-divergence type.

Light‐Responsive Enzyme‐Loaded Nanoparticles for Tunable Adhesion and Mechanical Wound Contraction

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents a photoactivatable enzyme‐loaded mesoporous nanoparticle system (MPDA_PaTy) that enables light‐triggered tunable tissue adhesion and facilitates mechanical wound contraction. Controlled enzymatic crosslinking at tissue or hydrogel interfaces allows on‐demand adhesion.
