REACHABLE SET OF SOME DISCRETE SYSTEM WITH UNCERTAIN LIU DISTURBANCES
In this paper, we consider a problem of finding of the attainability set for a linear system with determinate and stochastic Liu's uncertainties.

ATF4‐mediated stress response as a therapeutic vulnerability in chordoma
We screened 5 chordoma cell lines against 100+ inhibitors of epigenetic and metabolic pathways and kinases and identified halofuginone, a tRNA synthetase inhibitor. Mechanistically halofuginone induces an integrated stress response, with eIF2alpha phosphorylation, activation of ATF4 and its target genes CHOP, ASNS, INHBE leading to cell death ...

Cell surface interactome analysis identifies TSPAN4 as a negative regulator of PD‐L1 in melanoma
Using cell surface proximity biotinylation, we identified tetraspanin TSPAN4 within the PD‐L1 interactome of melanoma cells. TSPAN4 negatively regulates PD‐L1 expression and lateral mobility by limiting its interaction with CMTM6 and promoting PD‐L1 degradation.

LARCH, Leverage and Long Memory [PDF]
We consider the long memory and leverage properties of a model for the conditional variance of an observable stationary sequence, where the conditional variance is the square of an inhomogeneous linear combination of past values of the observable ...

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.

Interplay of a unit-speed constraint and time-delay in the flocking model with internal variables
We studied the dynamics of thermodynamic Cucker–Smale (TCS) particles moving with a constant speed constraint. The TCS model describes the collective dynamics of the population of birds with a time varying internal variable, and it was first introduced ...

Mittag-Leffler conditions on modules
We study Mittag-Leffler conditions on modules providing relative versions of classical results by Raynaud and Gruson. We then apply our investigations to several contexts.

Plecstatin inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma tumorigenesis and invasion through cytolinker plectin
The ruthenium‐based metallodrug plecstatin exerts its anticancer effect in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) primarily through selective targeting of plectin. By disrupting plectin‐mediated cytoskeletal organization, plecstatin inhibits anchorage‐dependent growth, cell polarization, and tumor cell dissemination.

A finiteness condition for finitely generated semigroups
Let S be a finitely generated semigroup all of whose subgroups are locally finite. It is shown that, if for every \(s\in S\) there exists \(n\geq 2\) such that \(s=s^ n\) (that is S is a union of locally finite groups), then S is finite. This extends a result of \textit{A. de Luca} and \textit{A.

We show that the majority of the 18 analyzed recurrent cancer‐associated ERBB4 mutations are transforming. The most potent mutations are activating, co‐operate with other ERBB receptors, and are sensitive to pan‐ERBB inhibitors. Activating ERBB4 mutations also promote therapy resistance in EGFR‐mutant lung cancer.
