Dual Repression by IPA1 Fine‐Tunes OsbZIP79‐Mediated Salt Tolerance in Rice

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Dual repression by IPA1 fine‐tunes OsbZIP79‐mediated salt tolerance in rice: direct transcriptional inhibition under normal conditions and salt‐induced degradation under stress. This dual mechanism activates OsbZIP79 to regulate Na+/K+ homeostasis and redox balance via downstream genes, enabling optimal salt stress response.

A Tumor‐Boundary Niche Enriched for PD‐1+CD8+T Cells and BTLA+B Cells Drives Resistance to Immunotherapy in NSCLC

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A spatial niche composed of BTLA+B cells and CD8+T cells is enriched at the tumor boundary in non‐small cell lung cancer. Within this specialized niche, BTLA+B cells act as a dominant source of IL‐6, upregulating PD‐1 on CD8+T cells via STAT3 signaling.

A Gut‐Brain Axis Underlying Succinate‐Associated Compulsive‐Like Behavior

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Gut‐derived succinate is associated with an excitatory‐inhibitory imbalance in dmPFC glutamatergic neurons, involving microglial SUCNR1 activation and vagal afferent signaling via upregulated gut 5‐HT4 receptors along the DVC‐CeA‐dmPFC circuit, changes that are linked to excessive compulsive‐like behavior.
