ABSTRACT Bile acids have been implicated in calcium oxalate (CaOx) nephrolithiasis. Here, we employ multi‐omics approaches to identify isoallolithocholic acid (isoalloLCA) as the key bile acid elevated in the feces, serum, kidney, and urine of CaOx rats, confirmed by spatial metabolomics.

α‐Synuclein Forms Distinct Micelle‐Like Assemblies at Low Ionic Strengths

Supramolecular Zinc–Polyphenol Coordination Assemblies Mitigate Colonic Inflammation by Regulating Mucosal Barrier and Microbiome

A carrier‐free zinc‐coordinated polyphenol nanoplatform (ZnCA NPs) is designed as an “all‐in‐one” therapeutic strategy for intestinal inflammation. The ZnCA NPs exhibit enhanced colonic accumulation and broad‐spectrum reactive oxygen and nitrogen species scavenging.
