MONITORING ZOOBENTOS PRODUCTIVITY AT THE REGULATED SURA RIVER SECTION IN PENZA REGION

open access: yesИзвестия высших учебных заведений. Поволжский регион: Естественные науки, 2020
Background. Zoobenthos is an essential component of the fish food base. Therefore, an assessment of fish productivity for this indicator is necessary for any comprehensive fisheries research in water bodies.

A Phase‐Resolved Geometric Deep Learning Framework Maps Structural Determinants of Disease‐Associated Protein Aggregation and Guides Suppressor Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SKALE 2.0 maps disease‐associated protein aggregation as a phase‐resolved structural process, linking mutation‐induced geometric perturbations to nucleation, elongation, and suppressor design. Across neurodegenerative proteins, the framework reveals cryptic aggregation vulnerabilities, separates phase‐concordant and phase‐switching mutations, and ...

The fish and fishery of the Swan Estuary

open access: yes, 1987
A checklist is provided for the fish that have been caught in the Swan estuary. These species each fall into one of the following categories: 1. marine stragglers, 2.

Inhibition of KDEL Receptors Remodels the Tumor Microenvironment for T Cell Independent Tumor Regression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Inhibition of KDELR2 in a small fraction of tumor cells generates sustainable immunogenic cell death conditions within the tumor microenvironment. These conditions promote the regression of tumors in a T cell independent manner. During regression, macrophages prime T cells that subsequently provide systemic protection against recurrence. The potency of

Taming Flexibility: Synergistic Pore and Polarity Engineering in a MOF for High‐Efficiency Xe/Kr Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Through a mixed‐ligand strategy that precisely regulates pore size and framework polarity, the Xe adsorption behavior is transformed from flexible to near‐rigid. ZIF‐7‐Cl(20) achieves sensitive recognition, efficient capture, and high selectivity for Xe, enabling high‐efficiency separation from Xe/Kr mixtures.

Digestion and metabolism of carbohydrates in fish [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
This thesis deals with the digestion and metabolism of carbohydrates in Arctic charr, Eurasian perch and tilapia. Two sources of carbohydrates, native starch (wheat) and chitin (zygomycete biomass), were evaluated.

Engineering Human Donor Derived Germinal Center‐Like Organoids (GCLOs) for Studying Immune Response to Vaccination

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We bioengineered a new approach methodology of generating Germinal Center Organoids that self‐organize from human blood‐derived immune cells. These immune organoids reproduce key features of humoral immunity, IgG production, and plasmablast emergence.

Streamlined V3.5+ Electrolyte Production by Leveraging Chemical and Catalytic Reductions

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
A tuned catalytic process for V3.5+ electrolyte production is shown to streamline the conventional chemical‐to‐catalytic sequence by extending catalysis into the rate‐determining reduction regime. This study shows that initiating catalysis in this regime shortens the overall production time by 67% based on rigorous thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of
