Fisher-Type Fixed Point Results in b-Metric Spaces
In this paper, we prove some common fixed-point theorems for two self-mappings in the context of a complete b-metric space by proposing a new contractive type condition. Further, we derive a result for three self-mappings in the same setting.

Purification complexity without purifications
We generalize the Fubini-Study method for pure-state complexity to generic quantum states by taking Bures metric or quantum Fisher information metric (QFIM) on the space of density matrices as the complexity measure.

Information geometry in quantum field theory: lessons from simple examples
Motivated by the increasing connections between information theory and high-energy physics, particularly in the context of the AdS/CFT correspondence, we explore the information geometry associated to a variety of simple systems. By studying their Fisher

Fisher Fixed Point Results in Generalized Metric Spaces with a Graph
We discuss Fisher’s fixed point theorem for mappings defined on a generalized metric space endowed with a graph. This work should be seen as a generalization of the classical Fisher fixed point theorem.

The Fisher–Rao distance is a measure of dissimilarity between probability distributions, which, under certain regularity conditions of the statistical model, is up to a scaling factor the unique Riemannian metric invariant under Markov morphisms.

Perceptual Scales Predicted by Fisher Information Metrics
Perception is often viewed as a process that transforms physical variables, external to an observer, into internal psychological variables. Such a process can be modeled by a function coined perceptual scale. The perceptual scale can be deduced from psychophysical measurements that consist in comparing the relative differences between stimuli (i.e ...

Precession of perihelia in the Fisher metric
We study the precession of perihelia in the Fisher metric. Fisher metric is the solution of the Einstein's Equations with a massless scalar field as a coupling. We find an expression for the precession of perihelia in this metric. This expression contains general relativistic term for the precession of the perihelia and also an additional term which ...

ABSTRACT Background Survivors of pediatric brain tumors (PBTs) can experience long‐term social difficulties, impacting quality of life. Beyond medical and environmental factors, family psychosocial risk may play a role in social outcomes by shaping the caregiving environment and may provide intervention options.

In this manuscript, hybrid common fixed point results in the setting of a b-metric space are established. Our results generalized the results of Fisher, Khan, and Piri et al. for set-valued mapping in b-metric spaces.
