Using nanobeam photoemission, we demonstrate imaging of the in‐plane and out‐of‐plane electric field landscape within a metal–semiconductor van der Waals heterostructure. We provide evidence for Schottky barrier formation that depends on the semiconductor thickness. ABSTRACT Achieving high‐performance optoelectronic devices based on two‐dimensional van

Spin Dynamics in the van der Waals Ferromagnet CrTe2 Engineered by Niobium Doping
Spin‐dynamic magnetic properties of van der Waals (vdW) ferromagnet 1T‐CrTe2 are tuned via niobium (Nb) as Cr1‐xNbxTe2 (x = 0–0.2). Nb doping enables wide‐band tuning of the resonance frequency from 40 GHz down to the few‐GHz regime, accompanied by a moderate increase in the Gilbert damping from ∼0.066 to ∼0.14.

Disentangling Bulk and Surface Contributions to Charge and Discharge Fading in High‐Voltage LiCoO2
High‐voltage operation of LiCoO2 accelerates capacity fading through bulk and surface degradation. By introducing a LiTaO3 coating to selectively suppress surface degradation, bulk and surface contributions to charge and discharge fading are decoupled.

Memristive‐Gated RC‐Delay Synaptic Transistors for Time‐Encoded Analog in‐Memory Computing
A Memristive‐Gated Transistor for Time‐Encoded Analog In‐Memory Computing — By exploiting the RC delay of a self‐rectifying interface‐type memristor, nonlinear I–V distortion is structurally bypassed, enabling 3‐bit nonvolatile memory, spike‐timing‐based analog encoding, and hardware‐calibrated reservoir‐computing validation within a unified device ...

We generalize in several directions a previously published Runge-Kutta method for track fitting. We point out that the same basic idea applies to any equation of motion and any general method for numerical integration. For comparison we also discuss the quintic spline fit.

The DELPHI forward track fit Track fitting with outlier rejection
Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research Section A: Accelerators, Spectrometers, Detectors and Associated Equipment, 1993Abstract We describe the strategy of the track reconstruction with the Kalman filter in the forward region of the DELPHI experiment. We point out various mathematical and technical problems which arise in an environment characterized by high track multiplicities and low density of measurements, and we present the solutions which we have adopted.

TRACKING OF PHYSICAL FITNESS FROM CHILDHOOD TO ADULTHOOD
Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, 2001The purpose of the present study was to investigate the tracking of selected aspects of physical fitness (peak handgrip force, sit-ups, aerobic fitness, and blood pressure) from childhood to adulthood. The investigation studied a randomly selected subgroup from the original participants in the Trois-Rivières growth and development study, 95 women (57 ...

Track fitting with energy loss
Computer Physics Communications, 1994Abstract This note deals with the treatment of energy loss in track fitting. After reviewing the basic physics of energy loss, we describe the stochastic model and the implementation in the framework of the Kalman filter algorithm. The method is illustrated with results from electron tracks in the DELPHI detector.
