Track fitting in cylindrical coordinates

Abstract We have developed a track reconstruction program to be used for a cylindrical driftchamber system in an inhomogeneous magnetic field. A sufficiently good parametrization of the tracks is obtained by a cubic spline fit in cylindrical coordinates.
