Synchronization of Time-Varying Delayed Neural Networks by Fixed-Time Control
This paper discusses synchronization of time-varying delayed neural networks by fixed-time control. First, several new fixed-time stability theorems of the dynamic system are discussed, and the estimation of the convergence time is also gained.

Fixed-time connectivity-preserving distributed average tracking for multiagent systems
This brief studies the fixed-time average tracking problem for multiagent systems under communication constraints, in which each agent has a limited sensing range.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Long Time, No Buzz: Fixed Expressions as Constructional Frames
This paper explores the variability of fixed expressions in English from a constructionist perspective. The analysis comprises two kinds of such expressions: traditional aphoristic sequences (e.g., Once bitten, twice shy) and recent popular quotes (e.g.,

Assessing the quality of complex fixed-time traffic signals
Usually, the parameters of fixed-time traffic signals – which are still the most common type of signals in the world – will be determined on the basis of a characteristic traffic demand pattern.

Calpain small subunit homodimerization is robust and calcium‐independent
Calpains dimerize via penta‐EF‐hand (PEF) domains. Using single‐molecule force spectroscopy, we measured the strength and kinetics of PEF–PEF homodimer binding. The interaction is robust, shows a transient conformational step before dissociation, and remains largely insensitive to Ca2+.

Cholinesterase assay by an efficient fixed time endpoint method
Many cholinesterase assays are performed to study the inhibition of cholinesterase (ChE) activity. Frequently a large number of samples are processed and Ellman's method [1] is the most commonly used [2,3].

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.
