Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Fixed-Time Formation Control for MAV/UAVs with Switching Threshold Event-Triggered Strategy

open access: yesDrones
The cooperative flight of manned and unmanned aerial vehicles (MAV/UAVs) has recently become a focus in the research of civilian and humanitarian fields, in which formation control is crucial.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Heterozygous loss‐of‐function alleles associate the conserved 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease EXOSC10 with hypersensitivity to the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
EXOSC10, an essential nuclear RNA exosome‐associated 3′‐5′ exoribonuclease, is inhibited by the anticancer drug 5‐fluorouracil (5‐FU), and EXOSC10 depletion increases 5‐FU sensitivity. The colon‐cancer variant EXOSC10S402T, located in a proteolysis motif, is stable and nuclear but nonfunctional in vivo.

A Theory of Stability in Many-to-many Matching Markets [PDF]

open access: yes
We develop a theory of stability in many-to-many matching markets. We give conditions under which the setwise-stable set, a core-like concept, is nonempty and can be approached through an algorithm. The usual core may be empty.

Stability criteria for controlled queueing networks [PDF]

open access: yes, 2006
We give criteria for the stability of a very general queueing model under different levels of control. A complete classification of stability (or positive recurrence), transience and null-recurrence is presented for the two queue model. The stability and

Exponential Stability Results on Random and Fixed Time Impulsive Differential Systems with Infinite Delay

open access: yes, 2019
In this paper, we investigated the stability criteria like an exponential and weakly exponential stable for random impulsive infinite delay differential systems (RIIDDS).

About Robust Stability of Dynamic Systems with Time Delays through Fixed Point Theory

open access: yesFixed Point Theory and Applications, 2008
This paper investigates the global asymptotic stability independent of the sizes of the delays of linear time-varying systems with internal point delays which possess a limiting equation via fixed point theory.

Fixed-Time Preset Performance Sliding Mode Control for Underwater Manipulators Considering Input Saturation

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
This paper addresses the trajectory tracking problem for a six-degree-of-freedom (6-DOF) underwater manipulator subject to complex disturbances and input saturation.
