We present the case of an 82-year-old woman with a basal cell carcinoma, whose excision resulted in a 6×4 cm defect, which was reconstructed using a bilobed flap.

For full-thickness lip defects, the choice of reconstructive option depends on the size of the defect. Defects of one-quarter to one-third of the upper lip can be closed primarily. Largerdefects measuring one-third to two-thirds of the lower lip width may be closed with the Karapandzic, Abbe or Estlander flaps.

EMG‐Driven Telemetry and Inference System for Fish: Pose Reconstruction and Flow Sensing
This work introduces an electromyography (EMG)‐driven telemetry framework that reconstructs body pose and infers hydrodynamic conditions in freely swimming fish. A custom 16‐channel archival system records intramuscular EMG, enabling deep‐learning models to decode joint kinematics, classify flow regimes, and reveal channel‐efficient sensing strategies.
