Two macromolecular resistance‐reversal agents (MRRAs)—linear (MRRAL) and nanostructured (MRRAN) polymers were fabricated by integrating DOTA motifs into tunable polycationic scaffolds. MRRAs exhibit superior antibacterial potency once combined with meropenem (MEM) through (i) bacterial membrane disruption via localized cationic charge and ...

Proposed treatment strategy for reactive hypoglycaemia
Background/aimManaging reactive hypoglycaemia (RH) poses challenges due to limited and often ineffective treatment options. We report a case series and draw on this to propose a stepwise treatment approach consisting of lifestyle modifications, metformin,

Systematically Engineering for Efficient Production of 3‐Methyl‐1‐Butanol in Escherichia coli
An integrated metabolic engineering strategy was established for high‐level 3‐methyl‐1‐butanol biosynthesis in Escherichia coli. Molecular dynamics‐guided semi‐rational engineering of dihydroxyacid dehydratase uncovered and relieved key catalytic bottlenecks, while adaptive laboratory evolution enhanced strain robustness.

Effects of unrestricted access to flash glucose monitoring in type 1 diabetes
Aims We assessed adherence and long‐term effects on HbA1c of unrestricted access to flash glucose monitoring (FGM) in a single diabetes centre. Methods In this observational study, we reviewed data files for all 411 patients with type 1 diabetes ...

Paraventricular CRF neurons in the hypothalamus project to glutamatergic neurons of the spinal trigeminal caudal nucleus, enhancing neuronal activation and CRFR2 signaling. This pathway increases CRF release and excitatory drive, promoting central sensitization and migraine‐related behaviors. Targeting the PVN–SP5C circuit provides a potential strategy

Ammonia Detoxification Inhibits Liver Metastasis by Reshaping Hepatic Microenvironment
Liver metastasis diverts aspartate into hyperactive pyrimidine synthesis, disrupting urea cycling and causing pathogenic ammonia accumulation. Ammonia dually reprograms the microenvironment by: (1) activating hepatic stellate cells (HSCs) into pro‐fibrotic metastasis‐associated fibroblasts (MAFs), and (2) suppressing anti‐tumor monocytes/macrophages ...
