A Synthetic Platform for Antibody Junctional Diversification Beyond Natural Constraints
ARESEC is a synthetic platform that reconstructs functional V(D)J recombination in HEK293T cells. By introducing RSS elements and co‐expressing RAG1/2 and TdT across all three antibody CDRs, it enables programmable junctional diversification and direct generation of high‐affinity variants targeting PD‐1/PD‐L1, overcoming the evolutionary constraints of

Accuracy of a Flash Glucose Monitoring System in Diabetic Dogs [PDF]
Background: A novel flash glucose monitoring system (FGMS) (FreeStyle Libre, Abbott, UK) was recently developed for humans. It continuously measures the interstitial glucose (IG) concentrations for 14 days.

This study identifies ALYREF as an oncogenic m5C reader in endometrial cancer. ALYREF recognizes NSUN2‐mediated m5C modification on XRCC6 mRNA to enhance transcript stability and increase XRCC6 expression. Elevated XRCC6 activates Wnt/β‐catenin signaling, resulting in accelerated tumor cell proliferation, migration, invasion, and xenograft tumor growth.

In collegiate endurance athletes, a 6‐week randomized CPYE intervention yielded time‐ and sex‐dependent shifts in field‐based cardiorespiratory, metabolic, and redox indices, accompanied by changes in gut multi‐omics profiles. An exploratory extension during intensified training generates hypotheses warranting future validation.

Comparison of Satisfaction with Their Glucose Monitoring Device in Patients Using Flash Glucose Monitoring vs. Patients Using SMBG [PDF]
Flash Glucose Monitoring offers several benefits to patients such as ease of use and no additional finger pricks. However, there are also some limitations that are being discussed such as perceived lack of accuracy and skin irritations.

Reversible, Chemically Gated FRET via Ligand‐Activated Acceptors
Fluorogen binding turns the compact FAST tag into a tunable FRET acceptor, with ligand chemistry programming spectral overlap and excited‐state lifetimes. Fluorescence‐lifetime imaging reads out energy transfer through the shortened donor lifetime, while simply adding or washing out the dye switches FRET on and off, reversibly mapping the supramodular ...

An Extracellular Pore‑Targeting Peptide Defines a Designable Allosteric Site in TRPV2
Structure‐guided peptide engineering yields Depiv2, a highly potent and subtype‐selective TRPV2 inhibitor that binds to the extracellular pore and remodels it into a closed, non‐conductive state. Depiv2 suppresses pathological cardiac hypertrophy, establishing the TRPV2 outer pore as a designable interface for selective peptide modulation.

Optimization of Drug Therapy in Diabetes Using Flash Glucose Monitoring(FGM)System [PDF]
The role that self-monitoring of blood glucose(SMBG)played in treatment of diabetes is immeasurable. Recently, flash glucose monitoring(FGM)has developed as a new glucose monitoring system.
