Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
FEBS Letters, EarlyView.We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

The Journal of the Institute of Television Engineers of Japan, 1969 画面サイズ8インチ, 単偏向板形偏向方式を用い, 管の厚み約56mmの扁平受像管を開発した. また, 螢光面と対向した主偏向器電極に透明なネサ膜を使うことによつて, 螢光面の映像を裏から見えるようにした両面テレビ受信機の可能性を調査した. 解像度は中心部において水平, 垂直ともに300本が得られた.

LDAcoop: Integrating non‐linear population dynamics into the analysis of clonogenic growth in vitro
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Limiting dilution assays (LDAs) quantify clonogenic growth by seeding serial dilutions of cells and scoring wells for colony formation. The fraction of negative wells is plotted against cells seeded and analyzed using the non‐linear modeling of LDAcoop.
