Flavonoidi pronadeni u medu posjeduju antioksidacijsku aktivnost koja svrstava med u namirnice zdrave prehrane. U radu je dat literaturni pregled iz kojeg se vidi koji su flavonoidi prisutni u medu i u kojim kolicinama.

In this bachelor thesis were described flavonoids, their chemical structure, properties and significance. Furthermore, the morphology of the genera Mentha L., Salvia L. and Origanum L. was described with a focus on the correct taxonomic classification and brief characteristics of the varieties.
