Multi-tenant fairness in data center networks with flexi-grid optical networking
2017 16th International Conference on Optical Communications and Networks (ICOCN), 2017In this paper, we set up a model of multi-tenant fairness in data center networks with flexi-grid optical networking and define the fair sharing degree (FSD) as an effective measurement of fairness. A novel max fairness (MF) scheme is proposed to ensure the fairness and minimum bandwidth of tenants.

We define a new index named Service Failure Probability (SFP) with Probabilistic SRLG. An algorithm named SFP-oriented shared-path protection is proposed to provide differentiated Quality-of-Protection. Simulations show the algorithm works well in providing differentiated SFP.
