Screening and epitope characterization of Nidogen‐2‐specific nanobodies
Camel immunization and phage display were employed to generate high‐affinity VHH nanobodies against Nidogen‐2. After library construction, biopanning, ELISA screening, sequencing, and recombinant expression, selected nanobodies were purified and characterized, leading to the preliminary exploration of a nanobody‐based sandwich ELISA for specific ...

MODELING AND CONTROL OF FLEXIBLE STRUCTURES WITH WEAKNESSES
The modeling and control of flexible structures with weaknesses is investigated. First a modular, computationally efficient, and numerically stable method is presented, which allows to obtain the dynamic model of a robot constituted by flexible links ...

14‐day casting‐induced immobilization reduced gastrocnemius muscle mass and increased non‐heme iron and ferritin heavy chain levels. Despite iron accumulation, transferrin receptor 1 and iron regulatory protein 2 were paradoxically upregulated. Lipid peroxidation was elevated without compensatory antioxidant responses.

Engaging men in flexible working arrangements [PDF]
This paper highlights that men want more flexibility at all stages of their career and they perform better when they have it. We also know a large number of men have considered leaving their current employer due to a lack of flexibility.

Although many examples of mechanically flexible crystals are currently known, their utility in all-flexible devices is not yet demonstrated, despite their immense potential for fabricating high-performance flexible devices.

MiR‐513a promotes human erythroid differentiation by modulating c‐Jun
During early human erythropoiesis, miR‐513a promoted erythroid differentiation in primary human CD34+ hematopoietic stem‐progenitor cells and human TF‐1 erythroleukemic cells by indirectly decreasing c‐Jun and phospho‐c‐Jun expression, which are associated with increased GATA1 expression.
