MIXED SCHEME OF THE FINITE ELEMENT METHOD FOR CALCULATING CABLE SYSTEMS
A methodology for constructing variational formulations and solving geometrically nonlinear mixed problems by the finite element method is considered using the example of equilibrium of a flexible tensile thread. The results of solving the model problem

Architecture‐Driven Sensor Stability in Weft‐Knitted Engineering Textiles
Textile‐integrated sensor architectures are systematically compared to evaluate their electromechanical behavior under combined mechanical and environmental loading. Pocket‐based integration exhibits stable and reproducible signals, whereas tunnel‐based routing shows higher sensitivity accompanied by increased variability.

Entropy‐Driven Design of Low‐Melting‐Point Alloys via Compositionally Complex Strategy
Conventional low‐melting‐point alloys (LMPAs) are limited by a narrow compositional space and inherent property trade‐offs. This review presents an entropy‐driven design strategy that overcomes these limitations, ushering in a new class of low‐melting‐point compositionally complex alloys (LMCCAs).

Fabrication Routes for Ionic Conducting Fiber Strain Sensors
Ionic conducting fiber strain sensors (ICFSs) offer compliant, textile‐integrable sensing. Thus far, the commercialization of ICFSs has been constrained by fiber fabrication routes. This review provides a fabrication‐centric analysis of ICFSs correlating processing strategies with material properties and scalability.

A Hybrid Process/Thread Parallel Algorithm for Generating DEM from LiDAR Points
Airborne Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) is widely used in digital elevation model (DEM) generation. However, the very large volume of LiDAR datasets brings a great challenge for the traditional serial algorithm.

Context Threading: A Flexible and Efficient Dispatch Technique for Virtual Machine Interpreters [PDF]
Direct-threaded interpreters use indirect branches to dispatch bytecodes, but deeply-pipelined architectures rely on branch prediction for performance. Due to the poor correlation between the virtual program's control flow and the hardware program counter, which we call the context problem, direct threading's indirect branches are poorly predicted by ...

Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron
