Gradient‐Modified Li‐Rich Manganese‐Based Oxides Cathodes with Breakthrough of Kinetic Limitation for High‐Performance All‐Solid‐State Lithium Metal Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The novel gradient‐modified LRMO has been synthesized via a one‐step mechano‐fusion process, with simultaneous S and Zr co‐doping in the near‐surface region and an amorphous coating. The synergistic co‐functionalization stabilizes the oxygen framework, enhances charge transport, and suppresses oxygen dimerization under high potential, which enable ...

Computerized space flight planning

open access: yes, 1973
This thesis analyses manual and computerized techniques of preparing timelines of crew activities and orbital parameters in support of the NASA Skylab program. A brief discussion of timelines and their use in mission analysis is provided. Procedures used in both the manual and computerized generation of mission timelines are discussed and computer ...

Scalable Fabrication of High‐Efficiency Thin‐Film Perovskite Solar Cells in Air via Polymer‐Mediated Synthesis of α‐FAPbI3 Microcrystals

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
We report a scalable strategy using PPG‐coated α‐FAPbI3 microcrystals that may be processed in air and undergo controlled redissolution to form highly oriented, defect‐suppressed perovskite films. The PSCs derived from these films deliver a PCE of 26.5% and exhibit enhanced stability, demonstrating potential for industrial large‐scale perovskite ...

Development of Flight Path Planning for Multirotor Aerial Vehicles

open access: yesAerospace, 2015
This study addresses the flight-path planning problem for multirotor aerial vehicles (AVs). We consider the specific features and requirements of real-time flight-path planning and develop a rapidly-exploring random tree (RRT) algorithm to determine a ...

Designing Defect Structure and Interfacial Strain in an Epitaxial VN Bilayer Film by Tailoring N Concentration

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
The N concentration in an epitaxial VN bilayer is tailored from overstoichiometric V0.49N0.51 to understoichiometric V0.56N0.44. Based on ab initio, diffraction, and microscopy data, the overstoichiometric V0.49N0.51 layer contains V vacancies, N Frenkel pairs, and a high density of dislocations.
