The Nature of Cell‐Penetrating Poly(disulfide)s
The mode of action of cell‐penetrating poly(disulfide)s (CPDs) is elucidated to understand thiol‐mediated uptake (TMU) in general and guide future efforts to control cellular entry for chemicals delivery and pathogen defense. ABSTRACT Cell‐penetrating poly(disulfide)s (CPDs) are the most popular thiol‐mediated uptake (TMU) tools for delivering attached

Plant‐derived nanovesicles from Platycodon grandiflorus act as bioactive lipid delivery platforms that transport γ‐linolenic acid into gastric cancer cells. This lipid cargo promotes ferroptotic lipid peroxidation, remodels membrane mechanics, and increases tumor‐cell susceptibility to cytotoxic T‐cell attack.

Cyclin‐dependent kinase (CDK) 1 activity is a dynamic marker of treatment response in estrogen receptor positive breast cancer. Patient cohorts reveal CDK1 activity increases during progression to invasive disease, where high expression correlates with poor survival. Using a novel Cdk1 biosensor mouse alongside in vitro models, we demonstrate that CDK1

This work presents a multifunctional ionic liquid, [SO3H‐PMIm][OTf], that addresses A‐site cation inhomogeneity and lead toxicity in pure‐iodide wide‐bandgap perovskite solar cells. The additive enables homogeneous cation distribution, achieving 22.02% efficiency with 90% retention after 3000 h and reducing lead leakage by over 58%, thereby ...

Mechanical cues, including ECM stiffness, stretch, compression, shear stress, and traction forces, remodel trafficking across the secretory pathway, from the ER and Golgi to endolysosomal compartments and the plasma membrane. The resulting secretome reshapes ECM composition and tissue mechanics, establishing feedback loops that support homeostasis or ...

A compact Phe‐Cys‐Pro‐Phe (FCPF) tag and an environment‐sensitive SBD‐Cl‐derived probe form a sequence‐selective fluorogenic pair for wash‐free live‐cell protein imaging. This minimally perturbing chemistry allows flexible insertion at termini or loops, produces strong fluorescence upon local microenvironment confinement, supports FRET‐assisted ...

An alcohol‐adduct‐mediated strategy is employed to stabilize tin isopropoxide for the formation of a homogeneous double electron transport layer (ETL) incorporating SnO2 nanoparticles (NPs). This double‐ETL exhibits improved optical and charge‐transport properties due to reduced defect density and better energy level alignment, resulting in high ...

Surface strain tunes the NiMo/electrolyte interface without altering intrinsic hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) kinetics. The strained surface exhibits a lower effective bubble‐detachment tendency and faster release of smaller H2 bubbles, sustaining a more accessible catalytic interface in near‐neutral electrolyte. Reduced bubble‐induced transport and

Adaptive Collision Sensitivity for Efficient and Safe Human–Robot Collaboration
An adaptive collision‐sensitivity framework uses each robot link's effective mass to estimate contact forces online and decide when collaborative robots should stop or continue. Tested on simulated and real UR10e and simulated KUKA arms, it maintains conservative force estimates while reducing unnecessary stops and increasing task productivity. What is
