Single-Walled Carbon-Nanotubes-Based Organic Memory Structures
The electrical behaviour of organic memory structures, based on single-walled carbon-nanotubes (SWCNTs), metal–insulator–semiconductor (MIS) and thin film transistor (TFT) structures, using poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as the gate dielectric, are ...

Real-time reconfigurable devices implemented in UV-light programmable floating-gate CMOS [PDF]
This dissertation describes using theory, computer simulations and laboratory measurements a new class of real time reconfigurable UV-programmable floating-gate circuits operating with current levels typically in the pA to μA range, implemented in a ...

Improved Memory Properties of Graphene Oxide-Based Organic Memory Transistors
To investigate the behaviour of the organic memory transistors, graphene oxide (GO) was utilized as the floating gate in 6,13-Bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl)pentacene (TIPS-pentacene)-based organic memory transistors. A cross-linked, off-centre spin-coated

Controllable floating gate memory performance through device structure design
Floating gate memory devices based on two-dimensional materials hold tremendous potential for high-performance nonvolatile memory. However, the memory performance of the devices utilizing the same two-dimensional heterostructures exhibits significant ...

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.
