Autophagy Orchestrates Anti‐Tumor Immunity to Enhance Chemosensitivity via the FBXW2/C/EBPβ/TIMP‐2 Axis in Colorectal Cancer

Chemotherapy leverages tumor‐cell autophagy to reshape the colorectal cancer immune microenvironment. Autophagy degrades FBXW2 to promote C/EBPβ‐mediated TIMP‐2 transcription and MMP‐9 suppression, driving intra‐tumoral CD8+ T‐cell infiltration. People Counting and Positioning Using Low‐Resolution Infrared Images for FeFET‐Based In‐Memory Computing

In this work, low‐resolution infrared imaging is combined with a 28 nm FeFET IMC architecture to enable compact, energy‐efficient edge inference. MLC FeFET devices are experimentally characterized, and controlled multi‐level current accumulation is validated at crossbar array level.

Proton Irradiation Tolerance of Fully Printed Self‐Powered Carbon‐Electrode Perovskite Photodetectors

Proton irradiation effects on fully printed carbon‐electrode perovskite photodiodes are systematically examined. Devices exposed to 0.5 MeV protons retain structural integrity while exhibiting defect‐induced changes in local coordination and recombination dynamics.
