Carbon Quantum Dots Meet Perovskite Solar Cells: A Review of Multifunctional Synergies

This review highlights the multifunctional role of carbon dots in perovskite solar cells. Their applications as additives and interfacial modifiers are discussed in terms of crystallization control, defect passivation, energy‐level alignment, and environmental stability.

PERFECTA Loaded Lipid Cubosomes for 19F‐MRI: Physico‐Chemical Characterization

Chemistry – A European Journal, EarlyView.
Phytantriol‐based cubosomes loaded with PERFCTA, a fluorinated MRI probe, were developed as promising systems for imaging and drug delivery. The nanoparticles showed high PERFECTA encapsulation efficiency, strong fluorine MRI signals, and optimal colloidal stability in biological media.

CYP2D6 metabolizes about 20% of commonly used drugs, including tamoxifen, a major hormone therapy for breast cancer. Although the relationship between tamoxifen pharmacokinetics and CYP2D6 genotype has been demonstrated, residual variability in drug exposure remains unexplained.
