Potent and Selective IGF‐IIR‐Recruiting Bifunctional Molecules for Targeted Lysosomal Degradation of Extracellular and Membrane Proteins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lysosome‐targeting chimeras (LYTACs) enable degradation of extracellular and membrane proteins via lysosomal trafficking. We report a novel IGF‐II mutant (Del1–7, Y27L) that selectively engages IGF‐IIR while avoiding IGF‐IR and IR‐A. mutIGF‐II–based LYTACs enhance target internalization and degradation and support a genetically encodable, all‐protein ...

“Unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven”: the place and role of “children” in the spiritual and moral reform of Savonarola

open access: yesГуманитарные и юридические исследования
Introduction. The Dominican preacher Girolamo Savonarola’s theme of attracting children to carry out spiritual and moral transformations in Florence at the end of the 15th century is extremely attractive to researchers.

Public Theology in the face of pain and suffering: A proletarian perspective [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
A basic understanding of theology is the quest for knowledge of the Divine—the study of God. But why, one may ask, undertake such an endeavour, and to what end? My simple response would be, to know God is to enhance and enrich my life and service.

Nanomedicine Meets Immunotherapy: Advancing Adoptive Cell Therapy with Nanoparticles in the Treatment of Cancer with Sustainability Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

DC‐magnetometry Analytical Tool Driven by Spin Ordering Phenomena for Sensing Chemical Interactions at the Surface of Nanomaterials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The adsorption of AsV on akaganeite nanorods was found to provide a magnetic signature. A change in the surface spin order gave rise to a second peak in the zero‐field cooled curve. AsIII adsorption does not provide any change in the magnetic behavior of the sorbent.

Quantifying Magnetic Anisotropy of Ferroelectric Fe(II) Square‐Pyramidal Systems Using Torque Magnetometry

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Five‐coordinate, square‐pyramidal Fe(II) complexes adopting polar, non‐centrosymmetric crystal structures exhibit exceptionally large easy‐axis magnetic anisotropy. Ligand‐driven distortions critically control the anisotropy, and the dielectric, Polarization vs Elecric field and piezo response studies confirm intrinsic polarization, positioning these ...

Recent Trends in Metabolomics by NMR Spectroscopy

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
AI tools were applied to analyze more than 5 000 publications indexed in Scopus (2018–2025), identifying key trends and research directions in NMR‐based metabolomics. The artificial intelligence‐assisted workflow classified papers into six main fields of application, human health, food and nutrition, veterinary science, plants, environment, and ...
