Volatile ZrO2 Antiferroelectric Tunnel Junctions for Rapid, Energy‐Efficient Physical Reservoir Computing

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
An antiferroelectric tunnel junction serves as a reservoir computing node, where field‐induced phase transitions and spontaneous ZrO2 relaxation deliver nonlinear fading memory. An In‐Ga‐Zn oxide interlayer enlarges the memory margin and multibit state richness.

Wake‐Up and Fatigue under Electrical Cycling in HfO2‐Based Ferroelectrics: Mechanisms and Strategies toward Reliable Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
HfO2‐based ferroelectrics exhibit wake‐up and fatigue behaviors during electrical cycling, significantly affecting device endurance and reliability. These phenomena are governed by defect dynamics, including oxygen vacancy redistribution and charge trapping.

High‐Entropy Engineering and External Magnetic Field Modulation Synergistically Enhance the H2S Sensing Performance of Rare‐Earth Perovskite Ferrites

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A novel high‐entropy perovskite oxide, (Gd0.2Tb0.2Dy0.2Ho0.2Er0.2)FeO3, was successfully synthesized for advanced hydrogen sulfide gas detection. By synergistically coupling high‐entropy‐induced local lattice distortion with weak magnetic field modulation, the tailored material generates abundant active sites. This innovative dual strategy dramatically

Synergistic Additive and Bulky Cation Engineering via a Sequential Vacuum Dry‐Dipping Process for Tin Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A spin‐coating‐free sequential blade–dipping process is developed for efficient tin perovskite solar cells. Amorphous SnI2 templates are blade‐coated and vacuum‐dried, followed by a vertical dipping conversion. Enhanced by a synergistic additive matrix and bifunctional BATo cation, the resulting devices achieve a benchmark power conversion efficiency ...

Polymer‐Grafted Cu(II) Metal–Organic Polyhedra as Scalable, Melt‐Processable Porous Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The use of a direct synthetic route to obtain polymer‐grafted Cu(II)‐based metal–organic polyhedra gives rise to a low‐cost and scalable cage. This material combines low‐temperature melting, achieving phase changes while preserving cage integrity, and high CO2 uptake exceeding 0.6 mmol g−1.
