Number-conserving cellular automaton rules
A necessary and sufficient condition for a one-dimensional q-state n-input cellular automaton rule to be number-conserving is established. Two different forms of simpler and more visual representations of these rules are given, and their flow diagrams ...

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Theoretical prediction of airplane stability derivatives at subcritical speeds [PDF]
The theoretical development and application is described of an analysis for predicting the major static and rotary stability derivatives for a complete airplane. The analysis utilizes potential flow theory to compute the surface flow fields and pressures

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.
