This study explores salivary RNA for breast cancer (BC) diagnosis, prognosis, and follow‐up. High‐throughput RNA sequencing identified distinct salivary RNA signatures, including novel transcripts, that differentiate BC from healthy controls, characterize histological and molecular subtypes, and indicate lymph node involvement.

Evolution of plane curves with a curvature adjusted tangential velocity
We study evolution of a closed embedded plane curve with the normal velocity depending on the curvature, the orientation and the position of the curve.

In this exploratory study, we investigated the relationship between the gut microbiota and outcome in patients with metastatic hormone receptor‐positive breast cancer, treated in a randomized clinical trial with chemotherapy alone or chemotherapy in combination with immune checkpoint blockade.

Ancient solutions of geometric flows with curvature pinching
We prove rigidity theorems for ancient solutions of geometric flows of immersed submanifolds. Specifically, we find pinching conditions on the second fundamental form that characterize the shrinking sphere among compact ancient solutions for the mean ...

This study integrates transcriptomic profiling of matched tumor and healthy tissues from 32 colorectal cancer patients with functional validation in patient‐derived organoids, revealing dysregulated metabolic programs driven by overexpressed xCT (SLC7A11) and SLC3A2, identifying an oncogenic cystine/glutamate transporter signature linked to ...

Maximal Graphs and Spacelike Mean Curvature Flows in Semi-Euclidean Spaces [PDF]
Two main results are proved. The first is for the maximal graph system in semi-Euclidean spaces. Existence of smooth solutions to the Dirichlet problem is proved, under certain assumptions on the boundary data.

A brief note on the spectrum of the basic Dirac operator
In this paper, we prove the invariance of the spectrum of the basic Dirac operator defined on a Riemannian foliation $(M,\mathcal{F})$ with respect to a change of bundle-like metric.

This study characterizes the responses of primary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patient samples to the MCL‐1 inhibitor MIK665. The results revealed that monocytic differentiation is associated with MIK665 sensitivity. Conversely, elevated ABCB1 expression is a potential biomarker of resistance to the treatment, which can be overcome by the combination ...

Rotational Self-Shrinkers in Euclidean Spaces
The rotational embedded submanifold of $\mathbb{E}^{n+d}$ first studied by N. Kuiper. The special examples of this type are generalized Beltrami submanifolds and toroidals submanifold. The second named authour and at.

Uniqueness of asymptotically conical tangent flows
Singularities of the mean curvature flow of an embedded surface in R^3 are expected to be modelled on self-shrinkers that are compact, cylindrical, or asymptotically conical.
