IL‐15‐engineered stem cell–NK cell complexes, assembled via bioorthogonal chemistry, enable effective lung cancer immunotherapy. Abstract Natural killer (NK) cells represent a powerful immunotherapeutic strategy due to their intrinsic cytotoxicity and ability to target tumor cells independently of antigen presentation.

Temporal and Cell‐Specific Regulation of Synaptic Homeostasis by the Chromatin Remodeler Chd1

Advanced Science, EarlyView.
Chd1, the Drosophila homologue of mammalian CHD2 ‐ a gene linked to autism, epilepsy, and intellectual disability, is required for synaptic homeostatic plasticity. Chd1 in glia is necessary for the rapid induction of synaptic homeostasis, whereas Chd1 in motoneurons, muscle, and glia is critical for long‐term maintenance.

Targeting UXS1‐Dependent Glucuronate Detoxification Potentiates Metformin's Anti‐Tumor Efficacy in Lung Adenocarcinoma

This study reveals that metformin promotes glucuronic acid metabolism in lung adenocarcinoma by activating UGDH S476 phosphorylation and enhancing the conversion of UDPG to UDPGA based on metabolomics analysis.
