Evaluation of fluazaindolizine, a new nematicide for management of Meloidogyne incognita in squash in calcareous soils

open access: closedCrop Protection, 2020
Abstract The southern root-knot nematode (Meloidogyne incognita) is one of the major problems affecting squash production in Florida and worldwide. Calcareous soils exist in south Florida, and squash in Miami-Dade County is grown in this type of soil. Environmentally friendly and low-toxic non-fumigant nematicides for managing M.

Dissipation behavior and residue distribution of fluazaindolizine and its seven metabolites in tomato ecosystem based on SAX SPE procedure using HPLC-QqQ-MS/MS technique

open access: closedJournal of Hazardous Materials, 2017
Fluazaindolizine suspension concentrate (500gL-1 SC), as a pre-commercialized product, was firstly investigated under open-field conditions. A sensitive method for simultaneous determination of fluazaindolizine and seven metabolites (IN-QEK31, IN-F4106, IN-A5760, IN-UJV12, IN-UNS90, IN-QZY47 and IN-TMQ01) was established and validated using HPLC-QqQ-MS/

Photodegradation of fluazaindolizine in water under simulated sunlight irradiation: Identification of transformation products and elucidation of transformation mechanism

open access: closedChemosphere, 2018
The photodegradation of fluazaindolizine in water was investigated under simulated sunlight irradiation. The effects of solution pH, humic acids (HA), nitrates (NO3-) and Fe(III) ions on photolysis of fluazaindolizine were studied. The results indicated that pH did not significantly affect its photodegradation.
