A Differential Fluctuation Theorem
The Journal of Physical Chemistry B, 2008We derive a nonequilibrium thermodynamics identity (the "differential fluctuation theorem") that connects forward and reverse joint probabilities of nonequilibrium work and of arbitrary generalized coordinates corresponding to states of interest. This identity allows us to estimate the free energy difference between domains of these states. Our results

Fluctuation theorem: A critical review
Chaos: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Nonlinear Science, 2017Fluctuation theorem for entropy production is revisited in the framework of stochastic processes. The applicability of the fluctuation theorem to physico-chemical systems and the resulting stochastic thermodynamics were analyzed. Some unexpected limitations are highlighted in the context of jump Markov processes.

Fluctuation theorem for nonequilibrium reactions
The Journal of Chemical Physics, 2004A fluctuation theorem is derived for stochastic nonequilibrium reactions ruled by the chemical master equation. The theorem is expressed in terms of the generating and large-deviation functions characterizing the fluctuations of a quantity which measures the loss of detailed balance out of thermodynamic equilibrium.

Derivation of the Fluctuation-Dissipation Theorem
Physical Review, 1958A simple derivation is given of the fluctuation-dissipation theorem or generalized Nyquist formula. The proof is based on a solution of the Langevin equation for a thermodynamic variable according to Ornstein's method; in this way the correlation function and the spectrum are obtained directly in the desired form.
