Grounding Large Language Models for Robot Task Planning Using Closed‐Loop State Feedback

open access: yesAdvanced Robotics Research, EarlyView.
BrainBody‐Large Language Model (LLM) introduces a hierarchical, feedback‐driven planning framework where two LLMs coordinate high‐level reasoning and low‐level control for robotic tasks. By grounding decisions in real‐time state feedback, it reduces hallucinations and improves task reliability.

A Generalized Capillary Imbibition Model for Porous Media in Tight Reservoirs

open access: yesAdvances in Civil Engineering, 2018
Capillary imbibition models have been widely studied in oil and gas development field over the past decades. However, the existing models applied to the tight reservoirs rarely take fluid flow resistance and apparent viscosity into account.

Midbrain PAG Astrocytes Modulate Mouse Defensive and Panic‐Like Behaviors

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Astrocytes in the midbrain periaqueductal gray (PAG) dynamically encode threat intensity and shape defensive action selection in mice. Real‐time Ca2+ imaging reveals robust astrocytic activation during predator odor and CO2 exposure. Aberrant astrocytic Ca2+ overactivation disrupts goal‐directed escape, biases behavior toward freezing, and induces ...

Experimental Study on Mechanism of Using Complex Nanofluid Dispersions to Enhance Oil Recovery in Tight Offshore Reservoirs

open access: yesJournal of Marine Science and Engineering
Horizontal wells combined with multi-stage fracturing are key techniques for extracting tight oil formation. However, due to the ultra-low permeability and porosity of reservoirs, energy depletion occurs rapidly, necessitating external supplements to ...

Cluster evolution in steady-state two-phase flow in porous media

open access: yes, 2006
We report numerical studies of the cluster development of two-phase flow in a steady-state environment of porous media. This is done by including biperiodic boundary conditions in a two-dimensional flow simulator.

Tendon Organoids Enable Functional Tendon Rejuvenation Through ALKBH5‐Dependent RNA Demethylation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
FT organoids reverse the aged phenotype of tendon cells, reinstating a fetal‐like state. This breakthrough establishes a potent cell source for tendon tissue engineering, effectively advancing regenerative medicine. ABSTRACT Adult tendon injuries pose a major clinical challenge due to limited self‐repair capacity, resulting in suboptimal regeneration ...

Decoding Human Placental Cellular and Molecular Responses to Obesity and Fetal Growth

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Women with obesity often deliver large‐for‐gestational‐age (LGA) infants. Single‐nucleus RNA sequencing of term placenta reveals that hypoxia and TNF‐α signaling in syncytiotrophoblasts are featured in maternal obesity, but inflammatory signatures in Hofbauer cells and response to lipid or carbohydrate metabolism in fibroblasts are specific to LGA.

Spontaneous imbibition characteristics of shale oil reservoir under the influence of osmosis

open access: yesInternational Journal of Coal Science & Technology, 2022
The spontaneous imbibition (SI) process in shale oil reservoirs is not only influenced by capillary force, but also by the osmotic pressure between the fracturing fluid and formation water in the nanopores media.

Construction of Carbon Dioxide Responsive Graphene Point Imbibition and Drainage Fluid and Simulation of Imbibition Experiments

open access: yesProcesses
The global oil and gas exploration targets are gradually moving towards a new field of oil and gas accumulation with nanopore throats, ranging from millimeter scale to micro-nano pore throats. The development method of tight oil reservoirs is different from that of conventional oil reservoirs, and the development efficiency is constrained.
