Simulation studies of fluid critical behaviour [PDF]
We review and discuss recent advances in the simulation of bulk critical phenomena in model fluids. In particular we emphasise the extensions to finite-size scaling theory needed to cope with the lack of symmetry between coexisting fluid phases.

Direct numerical simulation of dispersed particles in a compressible fluid [PDF]
We present a direct numerical simulation method for investigating the dynamics of dispersed particles in a compressible solvent fluid. The validity of the simulation is examined by calculating the velocity relaxation of an impulsively forced spherical ...

Eulerian-Lagrangian Fluid Simulation on Particle Flow Maps [PDF]
We propose a novel Particle Flow Map (PFM) method to enable accurate long-range advection for incompressible fluid simulation. The foundation of our method is the observation that a particle trajectory generated in a forward simulation naturally embodies

Two-phase bio-nanofluid flow through a bifurcated artery with magnetic field interaction
A modified multiphase flow model is applied for a better understanding of bio-nanofluid (blood containing 4% (w/v) Fe3O4 nanoparticles) flow regimes through a real bifurcated artery.

Fluid Simulation with Adaptive Staggered Power Particles on GPUs
This paper extends the recently proposed power-particle-based fluid simulation method with staggered discretization, GPU implementation, and adaptive sampling, largely enhancing the efficiency and usability of the method.

The problem of biomagnetic fluid flow and heat transfer in the three-dimensional unsteady stretching/shrinking sheet is examined. Our model is the version of biomagnetic fluid dynamics (BFD) which is consistent with the principles of ferrohydrodynamics ...
