Evaluation of Electron Specific Absorbed Fractions in Organs of Digimouse Voxel Phantom Using Monte Carlo Simulation Code FLUKA

open access: yesJournal of Biomedical Physics and Engineering, 2019
Background: For preclinical evaluations of radiopharmaceuticals, most studies are carried out on mice. Electron specific absorbed fractions (SAF) values have had vital role in the assessment of absorbed dose.

Fast One‐Step Microwave Synthesis of 2H–1T MoS2 for Efficient Hydrogen Evolution

open access: yesAdvanced Synthesis &Catalysis, Volume 368, Issue 15, 1 August 2026.
MoS2 nanoflakes were rapidly synthesized in a microwave hydrothermal reactor for HER catalysis in a single 15‐min step. For the first time, in situ monitoring of synthesis parameters was performed using a camera, while XPS and XRD analyses confirm that the process forms MoS2 nanoflowers with mixed 2H–1T seeds, directing the subsequent growth of pure 1T

Time‐Multiplexed Organic Electrochemical Transistor for Saliva‐Based Rapid Detection of Viral Proteins

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 46, 17 August 2026.
A time‐multiplexed nanobody‐functionalized organic electrochemical transistor enables rapid and sensitive detection of three respiratory viral proteins from saliva. Sequentially addressed multi‐gate electrodes on a shared channel achieve around 1 fm detection within 15 min without sample preprocessing. Clinical validation demonstrates high specificity,

An Energy Autonomous Microneedle Array‐Based Sensing System for Continuous Biomarker Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Science, Volume 13, Issue 46, 17 August 2026.
This work presents an innovative self‐powered wearable biosensor system for real‐time monitoring of multiple biomarkers in interstitial fluid. The device integrates stainless steel‐based minimally invasive microneedles with ion‐selective membranes, enabling simultaneous Na+, K+, Ca2+, pH, and glucose detection.

Iron‐Substituted Zn‐Al LDH‐Derived Mixed Oxides: Tailoring Structure, Composition and Redox Properties for Efficient CO2‐to‐Olefins Conversion

open access: yesChemCatChem, Volume 18, Issue 15, 14 August 2026.
LDH‐derived Zn‐Fe‐Al mixed oxides exhibited 40% CO2 conversion and 10.6% yield of light olefins. The composition and the properties of the mixed oxides strongly influenced the selectivity of products, while ZnFe2O4 and iron carbide structure promoted the conversion and the selectivity of light olefins.

Electrochemical Reduction of Nitrate to Ammonia on Transition‐Metal Sputtered Copper Foams

open access: yesChemElectroChem, Volume 13, Issue 15, 1 August 2026.
Thin, sputter‐deposited cobalt layers on copper foam significantly enhance electrochemical reduction of nitrate to ammonia, exhibiting an approximately threefold increase in Faradaic efficiency for ammonia, likely due to a synergistic two‐step conversion pathway involving both copper and cobalt sites.
