Residue and Dissipation Dynamics of Fluopyram in Cucumber and Soil

Advanced Materials Research, 2011
The dissipation dynamics and final residues of fluopyram in cucumber and soil were studied. Cucumber and soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile, cleaned up by PSA, determined by gas chromatography with electron capture detection. The LOQ of this method was found 0.003 mg/kg.

Dissipation and residue determination of fluopyram and its metabolites in greenhouse crops

Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture, 2020
AbstractBACKGROUNDFluopyram is a pesticide widely used in tomato and cucumber crops cultivation to control fungal diseases that develop especially in environments with moderate temperatures and high humidity, such as in a greenhouse. The pathway of fluopyram dissipation has been monitored in cucumber and cherry tomato under greenhouse conditions ...

Control of wheat powdery mildew using fluopyram seed treatment

Pest Management Science
AbstractBACKGROUNDWheat powdery mildew is an airborne multi‐cycle disease caused by Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici. This disease can cause severe yield reduction or total crop loss. Fluopyram is a succinate dehydrogenase inhibitor (SDHI) used for the prevention and control of gray mold, powdery mildew, and downy mildew in fruits and vegetables ...

A NOVEL AND PRACTICAL SYNTHETIC PROCESS FOR FLUOPYRAM

Revue Roumaine de Chimie
A novel and environment-friendly synthetic process for the nematicidal and fungicidal fluopyram (1) has been developed. In the previous methods, the synthesis of the key intermediate 2-(3-chloro-5-(trifluoromethyl) pyridin-2-yl)ethanamine (2) is a main challenge due to the long synthesis routes, complicated process, difficulty in purification, and low ...

Design, synthesis biological activity, and docking of novel fluopyram derivatives containing guanidine group

Bioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry, 2021
Succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), a crucial bridge enzyme between the respiratory electron transfer chain and tricarboxylic acid (or Krebs) cycle, has been identified as an ideal target for the development of effective fungicide. In this study, a series of 24 novel SDH inhibitors (SDHIs) were designed, synthesized, and characterized by 1H NMR, 13C NMR ...

Effect of In-Furrow Application of Fluopyram on Leaf Spot Diseases of Peanut

Plant Disease, 2021
In peanut (Arachis hypogaea) production, in-furrow applications of the premix combination of the succinate-dehydrogenase-inhibitor (SDHI) fungicide and nematicide fluopyram and the insecticide imidacloprid are used primarily for management of nematode pests and for preventing feeding damage on foliage caused by tobacco thrips (Frankliniella fusca ...

BASELINE SENSITIVITY OF BOTRYTIS CINEREA ISOLATES FROM RASPBERRY TO A NOVEL FUNGICIDE FLUOPYRAM

Acta Horticulturae, 2012
The present study was conducted to evaluate the sensitivity to fluopyram of B. cinerea isolates from wild type population derived from raspberry. The initial isolation was done from infected raspberry fruits originating from a field which had never been treated with any pesticides. Twenty six B.
