Effect of Ge doping on the material properties of sprayed Cu2SnS3 thin films
A facile spray pyrolysis processing of ternary Cu2SnS3 and Cu2Sn1−xGexS3 absorbers is presented. The Cu2SnS3 and Cu2Sn1−xGexS3 thin films were sprayed onto both glass and Mo substrates at 350 °C and then annealed at 550 °C with S and SnS/GeS crystals ...

Fluorescence Fluctuation Spectroscopy [PDF]
The analysis of the intensity fluctuation of a fluorescence signal from a relatively small volume and from a few molecules contains information about the distribution of different species present in the solution and about kinetic parameters of the system.

Nanosecond Fluorescence Spectroscopy [PDF]
This article is a summary of a short course lecture given in conjunction with the 1984 Nuclear Science Symposium. Measuring systems for nanosecond fluorescence spectroscopy using single-photon counting techniques are presented. These involve systems based on relaxation-type spark gap light pulser and synchronously pumped mode-locked dye lasers ...
