Flow Enabled Target Capture Halbach‐based magnetic enrichment increases circulating tumor cell capture from blood in metastatic cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

Double-cavity radiometer for high-flux density solar radiation measurements

open access: yes, 2007
A radiometric method has been developed, suitable for both total power and flux density profile measurement of concentrated solar radiation. The high-flux density radiation is collected by a first optical cavity, integrated, and driven to a second ...

An absolute flux density scale at 408 MHz [PDF]

open access: yes, 1968
The work in this thesis describes the absolute measurement of the flux density of five radio sources visible from the southern hemisrhere: PKS ouoe-ss, PKS 1932-u6, PKS 0521-36, MSH 06-03 and 3C ...

USP29‐regulated noncanonical stabilization of the hypoxia‐inducible factor‐α in aggressive prostate cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic

Measurement and simulation of magnetic flux density, a comparative study

open access: yes
The paper presents a modified version of the T.E.A.M. Problem No. 32 of the Compumag Society. The original problem is a measurement arrangement to study the magnetic flux density distribution inside an EI ferrite core.

Structural Design and Transmission Performance Analysis of Double Modulated Coaxial Magnetic Gear

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2019
Aiming at the problem of low transmission torque caused by the magnetic flux leakage phenomenon of the traditional magnetic gear permanent magnet,a coaxial magnetic gear model with double modulation structure is established based on the relative ...

MITF maintains genome stability in nonmelanocyte lineages

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
MITF is essential for melanocyte survival and acts as an oncogene in 10%–20% of melanomas. We show that MITF depletion causes genome instability in nonmelanocytic cells, leading to LATS2‐mediated P53 activation, cell cycle arrest, and apoptosis. This study highlights the role of MITF as a genome maintenance factor beyond the melanocyte lineage. Created

双层实心异步磁力联轴器三维静态气隙磁场解析计算

open access: yesJixie chuandong, 2013
In order to obtain the spatial distribution of the 3-D static air-gap magnetic field in double-layer solid rotor asynchronous magnetic couplings, the 3-D analytical model of the air-gap magnetic field in the coupling is built based on the equivalent ...
